Provides the ability to review and approve tasks generated after you retrieve documents into Smart Instrumentation. You can select the tasks that need to be done within your Smart Instrumentation database to keep the project current with the information in the SmartPlant Foundation database. The commands associated with the To Do List are all on the To Do List Commands. This dialog opens when you select SmartPlant > To Do List on the main menu bar.
The task list populates automatically when you retrieve a document. This list provides information about each task, including, for example, the type of the task, the item type, the item tag affected by the task, and so forth. By selecting the heading of any of these columns, you can sort the list by the values in that column. Selecting the same column heading repeatedly toggles the sort between ascending and descending order. Double-clicking a task opens the Task Properties dialog for that task.
