This window displays all the existing maintenance records in the current domain. You can access the existing preventive maintenance records, repair forms, and work requests.
Maintenance Activities Summary Filter
The Maintenance Activities Summary window displays only the data that fits the filter criteria that you set. You define the filter criteria by selecting the required items from the following lists:
Process function
Select the required instrument process function.
Preventive maintenance code
Select an existing preventive maintenance code.
From
Select a starting date of a specific period.
To
Select the last date of a specific period.
Data level
Select the P-A-U (Plant-Area-Unit) level for the filter. The options are Domain, Plant, Area, and Unit.
Category
From the list, select the tag category, such as QualityAssurance, Safety Related, or Critical System.
Reset
Clears the filter.
Maintenance records
This pane displays all the tags that have associated maintenance records. Double-click a tag to show its maintenance records. You can resize this pane by pointing the mouse pointer to the right edge of this pane. Hold and drag the right pane edge to the right or to the left to make this pane narrower or wider.
Preventive maintenance
This pane displays all the scheduled preventive maintenance records. Double-click a record to open the Work Activity Details window. You can resize this pane by pointing the mouse pointer to the bottom edge of this pane. Hold and drag the bottom edge of the pane up or down to make this pane bigger or smaller.
Repairs
This pane displays all the existing repair form records. Double-click a record to open the Repair Form window. You can resize this pane by pointing the mouse pointer to the bottom edge of this pane. Hold and drag the bottom edge of the pane up or down to make this pane bigger or smaller.
Work requests
This pane displays the existing work request records. Double-click a record to open the Work Request window. You can resize this pane by pointing the mouse pointer to the bottom edge of this pane. Hold and drag the bottom edge of the pane up or down to make this pane bigger or smaller.
