Analyzes the properties of the selected tasks in the To Do List and then updates the tasks accordingly. As several users can be working on the same project at the same time or a single user can make changes that change the relevance of a task, the Regenerate Task command is used to create an up-to-date list of tasks in the To Do List.

On the To Do List, select the tasks you want to regenerate.

Select Actions > Regenerate task
You cannot regenerate items in the To Do List that were upgraded from versions prior
to SmartPlant Instrumentation 2013. Before upgrading to SmartPlant Instrumentation
2013 you must complete all tasks in the To Do List, or after upgrading delete the
To Do List and then create a new one.
