In MicroStation you group tags into tag sets. Use this procedure when you need to create a new tag set from scratch. To save time it is recommended that you duplicate and rename tag sets instead of creating new ones. You can save tag sets to a tag set library file and then copy them to other files as required .
-
In the main MicroStation window, select Element > Tags > Define.
-
In the Tag Sets window, under Sets, select Add.
-
On the Tag Set Name dialog, type the required name, for example instrument.
-
Select OK to accept the value and reopen the Tag Sets window.
-
Repeat the above steps to add another tag set named loop.
-
In the Tag Sets window, under Sets, select instrument.
-
Under Tags, select Add.
-
On the Define Tag dialog, type tag_loc. This value represents the tag location.
