You use this dialog for rebuilding Smart Instrumentation library specification forms. You might need this option, for example, if there are problems with opening or printing a specification, or after an upgrade, where some properties are not applied to forms, even though their definitions exist in the database. Running this option rebuilds the forms using the database definitions.
The software regenerates only those library forms whose pages belong to a single-
section style. After you start the process, the software automatically regenerates
all library forms available in the entire domain, apart from forms that contain composite
pages (pages with sections).
Data Window
After you select Run, Smart Instrumentation displays entries and comments in the data window. In the data window, the library forms are not displayed until you complete the regeneration process.
Form Name
Displays the name of the specification form.
Comment
Indicates whether the form has been regenerated successfully.
Run
Regenerates library forms and displays the regenerated forms in the data window.
