In this window you can view how the current browser report appears in print.
Before printing, you can:

Examine each report page individually, and use the Zoom icon to view the report details.

Save the report as an external file.

Add a revision to the report revision archive.

View a list of archived report revisions.

Compare two archived reports, or compare the currently previewed report with an archived report, and generate a comparison report.

Set up the required print layout options by grouping the data using a separating line or inserting a page break.
To display the Print Preview window, perform the following:

Select Print Report, from the EDE Actions tab.

Select Yes in response to the print preview prompt.

You can influence this functionality by your selections under Print preview options on the General tab of the Preferences dialog.
The window consists of the following Print options in the header area:
Print options
Show first column on each page
If you selected the Print all pages option, select this check box to print out the first column on all other pages of the report.
Insert a page break
Selecting this option groups the rows by inserting a page break after the group separator you select in the Grouped by section (in the EDE view main window). This means that each group of items will be printed out on a separate page.
Total sum/average
This option is available only after you select to sort your EDE view by grouping, and choose a column header that contain numeric fields..
