This dialog enables you to save the currently open specification page to the database so that you can open this page later for editing or adding to a specification form. You can save the page either under the same name or under a different name. Also, you can overwrite any other page displayed in the data window with the values of the page you opened in the Page Editor.

You cannot change the page process function in this dialog. If you need to change the page process function, you need to perform a separate procedure before you can save the page to the database.

Data Window

Displays the current specification page and all the existing pages with the same process function. If your page process function is General, the data window displays all the existing pages regardless of the process function. The software highlights automatically the page that you opened in the Page Editor.

Spec Page Name

Displays the names of all the specification pages belonging to the same process function. You can change the page name after selecting Edit.

Description

Displays the descriptions of all the specification pages belonging to the same process function.

Custom

When selected, indicates that the corresponding page is a custom page. The check box is not accessible.

Process Function

Displays the page process function description. You cannot change the page process function in this dialog.

Find page

Allows you to find a specific page if the data window contains a long list of pages. Start typing the name of the specification page you want to select in the data window. The software selects the appropriate page automatically as you type.

Properties

Opens a dialog where you can editing the name and description of the selected page.

New

Enables you to enter a new name and description under which you can save the page.

Form List

Displays a list of all forms that include the current page.
