  1. Press F7 to open the Domain Explorer and then expand the hierarchy to the instrument level in the Instruments folder.

  2. Select an instrument containing active maintenance event records, which are indicated by PPM All Outputs Graphic.

  3. Select the Maintenance Events folder to display the existing records.

  4. Right-click a specific record and then, on the shortcut menu, select Actions > Open Document.

  5. On the Maintenance Event Record window menu bar, select Actions > Mark as Complete.

  • In the Domain Explorer, completed records are indicated by PPM All Outputs Graphic.

  • After a record is marked as completed, you cannot update any settings for the record, only open a record print preview or delete the record.

  • To delete obsolete records, right-click one or more records in the Domain Explorer and then, on the shortcut menu, select Delete. Alternatively, select Properties and then delete the selected records one by one from the Maintenance Event Properties dialog. All records in your selection must be either active or completed.
