Provides information that is common to all types of tasks and that concerns the source and destination of the information being imported as part of the task.
Property
Displays the name of the item property as it appears in Smart Instrumentation.
Current (Update only)
Displays the current value of the item property.
New
Displays the new value of the item property as retrieved from P&ID.
Property Status
Displays the status of the selected property. You can also change the property status from the available list, the options are:
Active
Creates or updates the value in the database when you run the task.
The identifier name of a property cannot have its status changed from Active.
Inactive
The software ignores this property when the task is run and the property is not added to the software's database. The next time you retrieve from P&ID to the To Do List, if the task was run, the ignored property becomes Active and the task becomes an Update task.
Ignored
Ignores the retrieved value of the property each time you run the task. When the property value changes in P&ID and is retrieved to the To Do List, the new value is not ignored and is updated in the software when the task is run.
A relationship property cannot have a status of Ignored.

When the Document Type tab is in the Flat View, the Properties tab displays
next to each property, select this to add the property to the view.

A Macro in the Properties displays a blue (+). Select this to expand and view the macro sub items.
