When printing a report, the size of the printed report is taken from the template selected in the Enhanced Reports > File Locations (Preferences). For example, if you have selected A4tall.sma as the template file for your reports, all your reports are printed to fit A4 size paper. If you try to print to A3 size paper the report is still printed as if the paper is A4 size. To scale to fit a different sized paper from the one selected in the File Locations preferences, you must do the following:

In Smart Instrumentation, select File > Preferences > Enhanced Reports.

Select
to expand the required report, for example Enhanced Smart Loop.

Select Page and Revisions Options.

In the Page and scaling options group box, from the Scale to page size list, select the size of the paper for printing, for example A3.

Select OK.

Generate the report.

At the Report Preview prompt, select No to send the report directly to the printer. The report is scaled to fit the size selected in the Page and scaling options and not printed according to the size in the report template.

If you preview the report in the Enhanced Report Utility, the paper size for printing is taken from the report template as selected in the File Locations (Preferences).

The following paper sizes are not supported by this function:
