Rename a Multi-Strip Consolidated Report - Intergraph Smart Instrumentation - Help

1. In the Wiring Module, select Reports > Multi-Strip > Consolidated.

2. From the Documents pane in the Multi-Strip Consolidated Reports dialog, select the report you want to rename.

3. Select Print.

   To rename a Consolidated Multi-Strip report, the File > Preferences . General > Print preview options must be set to one of the following:

   • Always.

   • Ask user.

4. Depending on your settings in the Print preview options preferences, one of the following happens:

   • The Print Preview prompt opens. Select Yes to view the Multi-Strip Consolidated Report in the Enhanced Report Utility.

   • The Enhanced Report Utility opens and displays the Multi-Strip Consolidated report.

5. In the Enhanced Report Utility, select .

6. In the Revisions dialog, in the Document Number field change the name of the report.

7. Select OK.

The next time the Consolidated Multi-Strip Report dialog is opened, the new name is displayed in the Documents pane.
