Click SmartPlant > To Do List.

Select a Document Type tab.

Select a task for which you want to ignore one or more properties.
You can select more than one task using CTRL+A or CTRL+ Select.

On the To Do List toolbar, select Properties
.

On the Task Properties dialog, select the Details tab.

From the Property Status list select Ignored beside each property that you want the software to ignore when you run the task.

When you select to ignore a property, the software does not update that property when you run the task for the current or for subsequent retrieve sessions, all other properties are updated.

If the new value of the property changes in the published data, on the next retrieve, that property is no longer ignored. If you want to ignore the property only for the current retrieve session, select Inactive from the Property Status list.
