This dialog enables you to preview archived revisions and documents. Along with each revision, there is a display on the archived document of the filter, sort, and style used to create the document (if any of these were used).
Revision No.
Indicates the revision sequence, set according to the revision sequencing method selected for the particular report (P0, P1, P2...; A, B, C...; 0, 1, 2...).
Drawing Name
This column displays the number of the drawing related to the generated report (.dwg file). This is the number that appears in the title block field DWG NO.
Date & Time
This column displays the date and time in which the report has been attached with the revision.
Revision Storage
This column displays the revision saving method used for saving the displayed revision.
Revision filter
If you know the number of a specific revision you want to locate, type the revision number. You must type the full revision number.
Apply
Select to display the specified revision only.
Select all
Select to highlight all the displayed revisions.
OK
Displays a preview of the highlighted revision and the document.
