The following commands are use when working in the Default Data window.
Edit > Copy to Buffer
Copies the data of the selected row to the Buffer.
Edit > Paste from Buffer
Paste the Buffer contents into the selected row.
Edit > Refresh
Refreshes the displayed data.
Edit > Find
Searches a selected column for a whole word or a part of a word, or search for a word as you type.
Actions > Delete
Deletes the selected default data records.
Actions > Browser Manager
Opens the Browser Manager.
Actions > Count Records
Counts the number of displayed rows.
Actions > New Default Data
Opens a dialog to add new default data.
Actions > Default Data Properties
Opens a dialog to edit the selected default data records.
Actions > Dimensional Group Diagram
Displays the dimensional data diagram for the current DDP group.
Actions > Filter
Opens a dialog to filter the current display of working data.
Actions > Sort
Opens a dialog to set the criteria for sorting the current display of working data.
Reports > Default Data
Generates a printed report of the displayed default data.
