Viewing Reports from the Project To Do List - Intergraph Smart Instrumentation - Help

For certain item types, it is possible to view any relevant reports from the Project To Do List.

1. With the Project To Do List open, from either the Name, Item Type, or Task Type column locate and right-click the item type whose report you want to open.

2. From the shortcut menu select Reports > and the name of the report you want to open.

3. At the prompt select Yes to view the report or No to print the report.

• If the selected item is not an item type that has reports available, the Reports shortcut menu will not be available.

• Not all the shortcut menus options are available from the Project To Do List.
