Batch Printing Documents to PDF Files - Intergraph Smart Instrumentation - Help

Smart Instrumentation supports batch printing of the following documents to .pdf files:

• Enhanced reports

• Specification sheets

• Binder packages from the Document Binder module. For details, see Print from a Binder Package to a PDF File.

• Smart PDF Converter 5.51 publishes Enhanced Report PDFs to the output folder specified in File > Preferences > Enhanced Reports > <Report Type>> Viewer Output Folder field for the specific report type. If no path is present then Smart PDF Converter 5.51 publishes the PDF to the Temp folder as specified in File > Preferences >General.

• For Specification Sheets, set the path in the Print Specs to PDF Files dialog.

• For Document Binder packages, set the path in the Print to file dialog.
