This dialog enables you to customize the options of the Work Status list in the Repair Form and Work Activity Details windows.
You open this dialog from the main window of the Maintenance module
Maintenance Activities Summary
Select Tables > Work Statuses.
Find status
Use this field to find a record in the data window. Type the item you want to find and the software selects the record in the data window below.
Data Window
The editable data window displays the existing work status names and their descriptions. Select a value that you want to edit, or select New to add a new data row.
Work Status
Type the required work status, for example, Completed, Work in Progress, On Hold. Note that you cannot delete or modify predefined status names.
Description
Type the work status description if required.
New
Inserts a new row where you can type the required values.
Delete
Deletes the selected row.
