You use this dialog to select documents from a binder package for printing to a *.pdf file.
All the documents that you select are saved together in a single *.pdf file. When you open the file, you can navigate easily from one document to the next.
To open this dialog, select Actions > Print to File.
File
Displays the current path and *.pdf file name. Select to open a dialog, where for navigating to an existing folder or creating a new folder.
Select revision
In this group box, you first choose between current documents (working issue) and previous revisions (formal issue). If you select a formal issue rather than a working issue, you must then select a revision from the Revision name list.
Working issue
Select to print to file the most recently saved version of each document that you select.
Formal issue
Select to print to file documents from a revision.
To print a Formal Issue Document Binder using a remote server (IDEAL), in the PRINTER section of the intools.ini file you must enter a value for the PAPERSIZE parameter.

Revision
From the list, select the revision from which you want to print to file. This field is available only if you selected Formal issue above.
Print what
In this group box, you further select the range of documents you want to print to file.
All documents in binder package
Select to print to file all the documents for the revision you selected. This is the default setting.
Changed documents only
Select to print to file all the documents associated with specifications marked as changed since the previous revision. In this case, all the notes and reports for the selected options will be printed to file. This option is available only if you selected Working issue above.
Selected documents
Select to print to file the specifications and notes you select in the Select Documents to Print dialog.
