This dialog enables you to customize the options of the Outcome list in the Repair Form window. Failure outcome is entered to describe the effect that a particular instrument failure can have, i.e., what is caused by this malfunctioning.
You open this dialog from the main window of the Maintenance module — Maintenance Activities Summary. Select Tables > Outcomes.
Find outcome
Use this field to find a record in the data window. Type the item you want to find and the software selects the record in the data window below.
Data Window
The editable data window displays the existing cause (outcome) names and their descriptions. Select a value that you want to edit, or select New to add a new data row.
Name
Type the required cause names (outcome) name.
Description
Type an appropriate cause names (outcome) description.
New
Inserts a new row where you can type the required values.
Delete
Deletes the selected row.
