The following commands are used when working in the Vendor Data window.
Edit > Copy to Buffer
Copies the data of the selected row to the buffer.
Edit > Paste from Buffer
Pastes the contents of the buffer into the selected row.
Edit > Refresh
Refreshes the displayed data.
Edit > Find
Searches a selected column for a whole word or a part of a word, or searches for a word as you type.
Actions > Delete
Deletes the selected vendor data records.
Actions > Browser Manager
Opens the Browser Manager.
Actions > Count Records
Counts the number of displayed rows.
Actions > New Vendor Data
Opens a dialog to add new vendor data.
Actions > Vendor Data Properties
Opens a dialog to edit the selected vendor data records.
Actions > Dimensional Group Diagram
Displays the dimensional data diagram for the current DDP group.
Actions > Filter
Opens a dialog to filter the current display of vendor data.
Actions > Sort
Opens a dialog to set the criteria for sorting the current display of vendor data.
Actions > Print Dimensional Data Sheets
Displays a print preview of the displayed data.
Reports > Vendor Data
Generates a printed report of the displayed vendor data.
