Select Actions > Manage Revisions.

To display binder packages of one revision only, under Revisions filter, type the revision number and select Apply.

Do one of the following:

In the data window, select the revisions that you want to convert.

To select all the displayed revisions for conversion, select Select all.

Under Convert revisions to, select ZIP files.

To convert revisions to uncompressed .psr format, select PSR files.

To restore .psr or .zip format files to the database, select Database.

Select Convert.

The Domain Administrator sets the default revision storage method in the Administration module. This gives you the option of storing binder package revisions directly to .zip files external to the database.

You can vary this procedure to convert binder package revisions back-and-forth among .psr, .zip, and Smart Instrumentation database format.

The software does not allow you to convert locked packages. To convert a locked package right-click, select Release Specification Binder Locking from the short-cut menu, and select Yes.
