The Revise Documents command, available on the SmartPlant menu, allows you to revise a document and save it to the database of the authoring tool without publishing it. When you register a plant, the software implements integrated revisions. During report publishing, the software first checks whether the report has an integrated revision and then assigns the appropriate revision scheme automatically.
