AssemblyName - To allow the compare functions to be overridden, the name of the compare assembly needs to be named if either the action DesignBasisLoadAndCompare or Compare is selected. By default, the assembly supplied with SmartPlant Foundation is named SPFCompare.dll
ClassName - In addition to the assembly name, the class name also needs to be specified for the two compare functions to work. The name needs to be identical to the COM registration. By default, the class name with SmartPlant Foundation is named SPFCompare.TEF.Compare.SPFCompareClass
