To unsubscribe from an event for an object, select the subscription from the lower pane, and click Remove.

If you are managing subscriptions for multiple objects, you can use the Select All button below the object list to select all of the existing object subscriptions.

To remove all subscriptions, click Remove All.

Click OK.
