The schema may have already been modeled in the CMF file in a pseudo file such as Customization. This can be moved into a physical file to make use of the improved schema loading process.

In the Schema Editor, click Tools > Schema > Advanced > Rename Configuration to add the .xml extension on the name and make it a physical pseudo file.

Set the ContainerID for the newly created pseudo file as described above.

Click File > Save > Schema File to save the schema files.
Remember to attach the new pseudo file to the CMF_ver document in SPF.
