As you create objects in the Desktop Client, they are added to the New Items window to give you easy access to the objects. When you work in the Desktop Client, the objects that appear in the New Items window are only displayed during the current session. The software clears the New Items window when you close the Desktop Client.
Add objects to the New Items window

Select one or more objects in the Tree view or the List view.

Hold down the CTRL key, and drag the object to the New Items window.
