Problem
During the loading of published data to a project, you could encounter error messages such as these:

The Relationship already exists.

Failed to process the TaggedItemGroup data: Commit has failed, Object cannot be created. The UID is not unique in this config.

The updating of the claimed item failed.
Solution
To resolve this issue, you can add a key to Server Manager, ProcessDataLoadSequentialAtProject. When this flag is set to true, the load operations for the project are restricted to use only one thread, thereby avoiding any multi-thread issues. The flag can be turned off once the load operation is complete.

This flag is applicable only for loading data into project scenarios (ICC2).

The flag does not affect the loading of documents at the plant level, only at the project level.

You must add the flag to the Server Manager settings; it is not available by default.
