The Primary/SecondarySPFMethodDef ClassDefs are a description of methods implemented on interfaces in the SmartPlant Foundation server. The Performs RelDef maps a PrimarySPFMethodDef to the InterfaceDef on which it is implemented. The SecondaryMethodDefs RelDef switches between a primary and secondary reldef.
