The Exchange Data functionality enables you to export data and documents to CSV files. You can validate and export these CSV files to a target system using Data Validator. A custom method must be created using a delivered client API and associated with the objects that are to be exported to CSV files. The CSV file is downloaded to the location specified in the report configuration. For more information on report configuration, see Create a new report configuration object.

If you selected an export details object in the report configuration form and the Generate control file for SDV silent job option in the export details object form, a control file in XML format is generated and available in the same location. You can use the control file to silently import, validate, and export the CSV data to a target system. For more information on silent jobs, see Triggering a Job External to the Job Management Module.

If you selected the Create load job and attach CSV files option when you created the custom method for exchanging data, a load job will be created, and the CSV files will be attached to the Exchange Load Job Import Validate Export workflow. The data in the CSV files will be processed and exported automatically to the target system.
