The Evaluate step appears in the To Do List for the RRM Coordinator assigned to this step in the workflow.
As a RRM Coordinator, you need to evaluate the RRM. In the example from Create a Risk Reducing Measure (RRM), you need to evaluate whether or not installing an additional pump parallel to Pump-1 is an effective RRM for controlling the excess volume flow.
When your evaluation is complete, you must right-click the Evaluate step in your To Do List, and click Action > Completed, and then type any comments for the step or messages to the recipients of the next step.
The Evaluate step is then removed from your To Do List.
