When viewing the Active License Report or the Historical Report, you can export the displayed information into another application to view, save, or share it with other users.

Click Export to Excel, Export to PDF, or Export to Word from the toolbar.

Click Open to view the report data, or click Save and specify where to save the new file with the report data without viewing it first.
If Microsoft Office is not installed:

The Export to Word command saves the data as a Word file or display the data in WordPad. If WordPad is not installed, the command opens a web page that provides information about the .doc file type.

The Export to Excel command saves the data as an Excel file or opens a web page that provides information about the .xls file type.
If a PDF viewer is not installed, the Export to PDF command saves the data as a PDF file or allows you to choose an application to open a temporary PDF file.

Once the data is displayed in your selected application, you can save the file for future reference.

The default name for the new file is the name of the report you are viewing, such as SPFHistoricalLicenseReport.xls or SPFActiveLicenseReport.xls. You can change this name before saving.
