Progress is calculated on a schedule you define using cut-off dates throughout the length of the project. On each cut-off date, the progress of each deliverable and each workpack is calculated and stored. This information is then available for viewing or reporting. In addition to these official, scheduled cut-off dates, you can run manual roll ups at any time. Manual rollups create non-official cut-off dates that can be used or ignored in official reporting.
