Right-click the transmittal, and click Edit > Response Management.

This command is available only to transmittal administrators for issued transmittals.

The Response Manager displays all issue steps that are ready to run, regardless of which users have been assigned.

Complete or sign off all steps, as necessary.

Record comments provided by others, such as email or paper users who do not have access to SmartPlant Foundation, in the checklist section.
