Log on to SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client.

Set your active scope to the appropriate plant.

Click File > Loader.

Browse to select the USER_SPO_DMS.xmldr file.

Click Process, and wait until the loading is finished.
A next to an XML file indicates that the file has been processed successfully. A next to an XML file indicates an error in the load file. To fix this error, you need to check the modifications that you made to the corresponding spreadsheet.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 to load other load files.
