SmartPlant Foundation allows you to view data about a shared object, such as instruments, equipment, pipelines, and cables, that has been published by multiple sources into their tool-specific domains, then correlated. You can see inconsistencies between the data published by tools, the latest retrieved value, and more.
Published objects must be correlated to view data across multiple domains.
In this example, we will view data published about a shared instrument.

Click Find > Published Data > Instruments.

Right-click an instrument, and click View Shared Instrument.
The Property dialog box appears. Review the data about the instrument.

Light Cyan represents data that was published last.

Orange represents data that is inconsistent between two authoring tools.

For properties scoped by a unit of measure, the SI values of the property values are used to determine inconsistencies. This means that the units of measure for the property values do not have to be the same to be considered consistent, as long as the SI values are the same.

The tolerance value for comparing numeric values is +/-0.5%.
