Problem
When retrieving, you cannot select documents in the list because they are disabled.
Solution
When retrieving, you can only retrieve documents for which you have proper owning group access. Even though you cannot retrieve documents for which you do not have appropriate owning group access, they are still displayed in the list but are disabled.
To gain access to these documents, the administrator can modify the relationship between the user's role and the retrieve access group. For more information, see Using owning groups with Publish and Retrieve.
