When configuring the menus and forms user interface, it is often difficult to track down the exact menu item that results in a menu or shortcut menu. There is an option to switch the GUI to display menu items using internal names.
This is the Display internal names for user interface option on the User Preferences dialog box and when selected, it does the following:

Changes the menu items and form display items to be displayed using their internal name as opposed to ISPFGUIDisplay.SPFGUIDisplayAs
You must log out and back in to see the changes to the menus as these are cached. The shortcut menus and forms are affected immediately.
