The DMS includes dossier types and document classification definitions for SPO/E Core. To make any modifications to these, you must manually modify the DATA_SPO.xlsm file.
We recommend that you create a backup copy of the original spreadsheets before making any modifications to them.
Create or modify document classifications

Navigate to Smart Community for sample ELF of DATA_SPO.xlsm file. For more information, see Find sample data on Smart Community.

Provide the document classification information on the Document Classifications sheet.
For example:

Click File > Save to save the spreadsheet by renaming it as DATA_SPO_DMS.xlsm.
Create or modify dossier types
