Once the duplicate documents are completely resolved, you can do the following to sign off a document:

In the Resolve Duplicates page, select a duplicate document which is completely resolved.
The progress bar below the document shows the progress made toward resolving the
document.

Click Sign off
to sign off the resolved duplicate document.
The signed off documents are automatically processed using the content discovery
task, provided at least one document has a master file attached. For more information,
