Solution
Ensure all pre-requisite hot fix packages have been applied to the SmartPlant Foundation installation on the application server. When applying hot fixes to an installation of SmartPlant Client, you must also apply any pre-requisite hot fix to the SmartPlant Foundation installation on the application server. The SmartPlant Client readme will reference any pre-requisite SmartPlant Foundation hot fixes.
