The WBS information defines the work package, project group, and project number information for SPO/E Core. To make any modifications to these, you must manually modify the DATA_SPO.xlsm file for the WBS.
We recommend that you create a backup copy of the original spreadsheets before making any modifications to them.
Create or modify work packages

Navigate to Smart Community for sample ELF of DATA_SPO.xlsm file. For more information, see Find sample data on Smart Community.

Provide the work package information on the Work Package sheet.
For example:

Click File > Save to save the spreadsheet by renaming it as DATA_SPO_WBS.xlsm.
Create or modify project numbers

Navigate to Smart Community for sample ELF of DATA_SPO.xlsm file. For more information, see Find sample data on Smart Community.

Provide the project number information on the ProjectNumbers sheet.
Provide the new plant UID wherever applicable.

Click File > Save to save the spreadsheet.
Modify the Plant References (Mandatory)
You must modify the plant references to point to the new plant. The mandatory changes are listed below.
