Right-click an object, and click Workflow > View Workflow.

Use the Back and Next buttons to move through different revisions of the workflow, if they exist.

Click the color boxes at the bottom of the dialog box to change display colors for workflow states.
From the To Do List

In the To Do List, right-click the step for which you want to view the workflow.

Click View Workflow on the shortcut menu.
