You can configure the status names that you want to view in the Change Status column, as well as the value for the missing mandatory properties in the generated tag register. By default, the statuses Added, Deleted, and Modified are used, as well as the value, MISSING, but you can replace these values with your own.

In the generated tag register, the Unchanged status indicates that no properties of a tag changed between the previous and the current versions of the tag register. The Unchanged status name cannot be renamed.

Configure the change types displayed in registers

  1. Click Administration > MTR > Register Configuration to view the register configuration.

  2. Right-click the register configuration, and click Update.

SHARED Tip You can also click Update Register Configuration SPMTRUpdate on the tool bar.

  3. In the respective boxes, type replace values that you want to use in the generated tag registers in the place of the delivered statuses: Added, Modified, and Deleted.

  4. In the Missing mandatory data box, type the value that you want to see in the generated tag register that replaces the default value, MISSING.

  5. Click Finish.

  • The name of the register configuration object is read-only.

  • If you click Finish with any or all the options blank, the software reverts to the default values where no value is provided.

  • Each status must be unique.

  • The status and missing mandatory data text cannot begin with the special characters @, =, +, % or -. However, you can use these special characters in any other position in the status text. For example, 'added+' is a valid status.
