This interface is realized by the document revision classes and is instantiated when the document is created interactively. When using SmartPlant integration, a separate interface is realized on its document revision classes and instantiated during the publish process. This distinguishes the published and unpublished documents.

The commands Delete, Edit Relationships, Terminate, Update, Relationship Details, Sign Off, and Sign Off with Form are configured on this interface.
Details
Sign off - Sets the document to the current released revision, makes it official, and supersedes any previously released revisions. Document revisions that have been signed off are locked and cannot be checked out.
Sign Off with Form - Performs the same operations as a sign off, but also allows the user to provide comments, a label, and a watermark for the document.
