Problem
The SDAPBS.xlsm file does not load when the scope is not set
Solution
Before you load the ALL_Areas.xml, ALL_Unit.xml, and the ALL_Systems.xml files using the Loader, you must create and set the active scope to PlantA or the required plant configuration.

If you set the active scope to the required plant, you must ensure that:

Configuration column present in the Areas and Unit sheets of the SDAPBS.xlsm file is updated with the selected configuration.

Plant Name is set to the selected configuration in the SDASystems.xlsm file.
