-
On the Relationship Dashboard page, select one or more thumbnails from the right pane.
-
Drag and drop the selected thumbnails onto one of the nodes in the tree view to relate the documents to the object represented on that node.
-
Click Save to save the relationship updates.
-
A number bubble next to any node in the tree view indicates the number of documents for which the relationship has been created with the object represented in that node.
-
If the cardinality is set to max = *, then the relationship is always created.
-
When you run the content discovery task, any existing document relationship with a business object, created using the Quality Control module, is retained.
-
The content discovery task processes the document based on the relationship cardinality by using:
-
A one-to-one relationship - Where the content discovery task considers the document relationship from the content file, when no document relationship is set in the Resolve Relationships page.
-
A one-to-many relationship - Where the content discovery task considers the document relationship from the Quality Control module and the content file.
-
-
When a document relationship is deleted using the Quality Control module and the same relationship exists in the content file, it is not considered for processing the documents using content discovery task.
