Cut-off dates are normally specified at the start of a project. These dates are fundamental to progress reporting as they provide the means to store planned and forecasted progress for all deliverables at desired intervals, and hence will be used for planning and graphical reporting (such as s-curves).

The Edit Progress Cut-Off Dates allows you to add or delete official cut-off dates for a project. The cut-off dates defined here are the dates when the program will recalculate the progress data for all cut off dates, if a rollup is run on one of those dates.

Progress data is calculated on and organized by cut-off dates for viewing or reporting purposes.

Official cut-off dates are those scheduled in this form. Unofficial cut-off dates are those created when you run a manual rollup.
