Data Validator Job Management is delivered as part of the SmartPlant Foundation installation and setup, and is available as a module in the SmartPlant Dashboard. For more information, see Select a module.
Click on the Data Validator Job Management module to open the application.
Main tool bar
The main toolbar contains icons for the commonly used commands in Data Validator Job Management, such as Create, Edit, and Delete. The other icons displayed are:

Download Validation Report - For more information, see Download a validation report.

Implicit Delete Report - For more information, see Download an implicit delete report.

Open the job in Desktop Client - For more information, see Viewing the job in the Desktop Client.

View the To Do List - Opens your To Do List in the Desktop Client. For more information on using the To Do List, see Setting up your To Do List.
You can also search and sort the jobs into a manageable list. For more information, see Sort your jobs and Search for a job by creation date.
Main window
Jobs are arranged in the main window in a list with each job's details arranged in columns. Each column set can be filtered and further refined to narrow the job selection.

Description - The description of the job.

Creation User - The name of the user who created the job.

Creation Date - The date and time the job was created.

Workflow - The workflow used to run the job.

Status - The current status of the job.

Job Definition - The job definition used to create the job.

Name - The numerical identifier assigned to the job by the ENS in SmartPlant Foundation.

On Hold - Indicates whether the job is on hold.
Progress and statistics
The progress and statistics pane displays the status of a job in Data Validator Job Management under three tabs: Progress, Summary, and Details. For more information, see Viewing job progress and statistics.
