next to the Directory box, and then select the file or files you want to load.

in the Selected load files list to change the processing order.

Select the Put object in new items window option.

Click Process.
Results of the load appear in the Processed load files list.

Click Load Results to view the load process details.
A hierarchical view of the changes made during processing appears.

When using the loader in the Desktop Client, the last directory used is saved in a settings.xml file as the default location to start browsing for any new load files. Because some organizations do not allow write access to the default settings.xml file in its installed location, the Desktop Client writes the last directory used to a new settings.xml file located in the users profile folder, C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\SmartPlant\Foundation\Loader\Settings.xml.

The process time value indicates the server load time only. The actual time spent processing is often higher than this value.

Any load file that contains non-English characters must be saved in the UTF-8 character encoding before it can be processed by the loader.
