Problem

In a Citrix environment using Web Client in Internet Explorer, when you click Export All to Excel to download a copy of your search results to a file and are prompted to save the file, the download fails.

Solution

You must configure your browser security to allow file download from Internet locations.

  1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools > Internet Options.

  2. Click the Security tab, and click Internet.

  3. Click Custom Level.

  4. In the Downloads section, set File Download to Enabled.
